An oversight team has been formed to lead development of a shareholders agreement and drive progress on major working groups such as roading, planting, power, building etc. The current concept is to develop a shared facility on one of the 16 lots that will allow shareholders to use the land effectively in the short-term and operate as a communal space in the long-term.
